What we collect and why

When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, UK nation, website address if supplied, your choice of design and your message. We use these details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not ask for passwords or confidential survey files through the enquiry form.

We rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or on taking steps you request before entering a contract. If you become a client, we use your details to provide the agreed service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Providers and security

Cloudflare hosts this site and checks form submissions using Turnstile, which processes browser, device and network information including IP addresses. Enquiries are stored and sent to our business mailbox for follow-up. Our providers may process information outside the UK; where required we use the safeguards applicable under UK data protection law.

The region switcher can save your chosen region in your browser's local storage. Cloudflare may use necessary technology to secure the site and prevent spam.

Retention and your rights

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including to respond to your enquiry, provide an agreed service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict information, object to processing, or request portability where applicable. Email pat@harveyrupert.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
